Housekeeping attendants work as a team around our resort to provide a superior lodging product in all aspects of operations. Work locations can vary from hotel rooms to on-mountain condos and other rental locations. The ideal applicant will be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Starting wage for our Resort Housekeeping Attendants is $15.00 plus weekly incentives along with eligibility for a 5% bonus at the close of the season. Sugarloaf is currently seeking a full-time welder to join our Snowmaking department for the summer season. A Summer Snowmaking Welder works as part of a team to repair and upgrade our resort snowmaking system outside of our winter season operations. This role is responsible for 6010 and 8010 pipe welding downhill in all positions as well as 7018 uphill, requires work with cutting torches, and requires a steady hand with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, able to think on their own, and will have in-depth knowledge of welding machinery and electrical equipment. Sugarloaf Lift Maintenance Department is seeking a mechanically inclined person to work as a Lift Mechanic Helper for our summer season. No experience working on ski lifts is necessary; training will be provided for all industry specific skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable using a variety of power and hand tools. We will teach you to use a parts washer, do sandblasting in a sandblasting cabinet, remove and install wheel bearings, spray paint parts, and to operate a ski lift.
